Cannot quickly transfer to Stash

The stash at the beginning of Act 3 is bugged ( items drop on the floor ) and so is the Trial of Sekhema Relic Stash ( refuse to transfer items ) in the first room and any Regular Stash in the treasure room(s) you will reach ( items drop on the floor ) .

" Yeah i saw it but i did not saw a mention about the relics stash ( who does not drop stuff on the floor = it just does nothing when quick transfering ) .
