Weird unkillable rare monster in T15 Vaal Factory map

My spell and minions couldn't target or attack that rare monster. It didn't have any HP bar (I activated the feature for enemies in the Option menu). That thing seemed like a small robot, it had 2 wheels and shot 3 way projectiles like a shotgun.

I had the same experience. I tele out of the instance as I cannot kill that robot
