Trial of Sekhema doors not opening

Had this happen to me twice on 2 separate runs at two differnt levels

First time the test of strength doors would not open (level 62 I think)
Second was the test of will doors would not open (level 68).

seem that both times the door open animation gets stuck
Test of strength golden 'flow' animation continues.
test of will unlock door animation keeps going

Managed to get to the test of will by going back through the trial of sekhama portal and interacting with the pillar and entering next level
