Account Ban Exceeds 48 Hours Without Response

My account was suddenly banned on December 20th. I have followed the instructions and sent an email to support@grindinggear.com, but it has been over 48 hours and I still haven't received a response.

I understand that you are very busy, but this kind of waiting is really frustrating. I could have had a great weekend, but now it's ruined, and I am still waiting. I hope GGG can improve the efficiency of support so that players who truly love the game can better support the game.
