Poe 2 Tablet Suffix buff doesnt work..

when i put tablet to tower like breach one breaches added maps but buffs doesn't added. Are there anyone else who has this situation? or how can i fix it :( prefix buffs added. but suffix doesnt work..

I thought it was just me have been searching for this issue for days. Prefix seem to work no suffix is applied.
