Help please: where is my Hideout?

I just finished the campaign on Act 3 Cruel.

I am in the Refuge.

I now have a quest to do 10+ L1 maps.

But when I try to use the Map Device it’s just grey. Can’t use the Waystones at all.

So I’m stuck. Apparently I need to use my Hideout - but I can’t see that either.

Can anyone help me please?

The hideout unlock stuff is definitely more confusing than it needs to be tbh. Evident by all the reddit posts of people not finding it. This is what I know:

- If you have unlocked one (inlcuding a paid one), go to a waypoint, click and check the right side where you can unfold quests. It should be there in the middle (Fleur-de-lis icon, google it). Not sure when the paid one EXACTLY unlocks. I think at the end of act 3?
- If you have unlocked one, you can also travel to it by typing /hideout in chat (only after finishing act 3 I think, not fully sure though)
- If you do not have one unlocked and have not bought on with one of the packs, you need to unlock one in endgame / mapping (look for a Fleur-de-lis on your atlas tree)
- You can change your hideout by talking to Ava

The issue I have is that I go to the Map Device in The Refuge and it’s completely greyed out. I can’t use a Waystone to access anything let alone find the Hideout.

So I’m stuck.
