ghost shrouds + wind dancer

so im using both ghost shrouds and wind dancer on a build thats using wand and quarterstaff.. when i switch weapons i no longer have ghost shroud buffs on one or the other.. but itll keep the already stacked wind dancer stacks (maybe intended? idk) either way i THINK it should be generating ghost shrouds/keeping them between weapons as it doesnt require a martial weapon in the skills description
