Somehow I have 2 accounts? Points on wrong account.

So, I bought PoE2 and created an account, but it actually looks like I have an old account that is now somehow linked to my new one. Of course, I've been logging 40+ hours on my character on the account that doesn't have the 300 points I got with the Early Access deal. I emailed PoE2 twice, and I imagine they're pretty busy, but this is sort of frustrating. Ideally, I want one of these accounts deleted and my points on the account with my character on it.

Do you have any other tips or help besides emailing the same support address I've been emailing?

I appreciate any help you can provide. I'm having fun so far!

Same problem here, just have to wait... not sure how long since its been 10 days for me. They have someone replying to posts but its probably a bot.

oh my god, me too! Have you had any response? I just sent the support email so don't expect a response outside 48 hours.

same Problem, also didnt get my poe1 stash Tabs on my poe2 Account because of this, i wrote a E-Mail to ggg Support in 16 december explaining my Problem, I have not received an answer so far

So far I've received about 1 email a week. They keep asking me for information. I'm not sure why this is such a drawn out process. I send them what they ask for, mostly verification purposes, and they get back to me in 1-2 weeks saying it's not enough and they need more. This is a process that should be able to be done myself via the web. I understand the high influx of support emails, but they could streamline this with a little bit of critical thought when writing email templates for this issue; let me know exactly what information you need on your FIRST email reply.
