Can you help speed up the process of unlocking an account?

TLDR: My friends (Jakeybuoy#6873) account is locked but he's long secured his account and really would like to play during the holidays.

He was hacked about a week ago, and just yesterday, the evening before the weekend, support has decided to lock his account to help with the recovery, but he's long past that step, he's secured his accounts and computer within hours of the hack.

He's fearing that he will have to wait another week if not longer until support decides to unlock him.

He sent all the emails asking for unlock, with how busy the support is, im writing here with hope that you could help speed up the process

I had my account locked right after 10 minute mute, not even something related to hacking. For the amount of support we get from unlocking its really weird how easily bans are handled.
