My Supporter Pack Points are stuck in "wrong" account

Hello. I would really like if someone could at least answer or hopefully help me regarding this.

I just hit end game and have serious lack of stash space.
I bought and play the game on Steam, that I connected to this account. For some reason I got my Supporter Pack points on this account instead on one connected to Steam (both account use same email).

Is there a way to transfer these points or they are "stuck". I wrote to support 2 times in the last 7 days without any answer.

I would appreciate if someone could give me some info and potentially help resolve this. Due to lack of stash space I literally have trouble playing end game.
