Rate limit exceeded

Every time i come at trade site after short break, it shows me "Rate limit exceeded" and ban for 30 min.
I'm not using any 3rd party tools. How can i fix it? Last bumped on Jan 24, 2025, 9:04:16 PM

We're sorry to hear this is happening to you! Understandably it's a frustrating experience. Could you please try clearing your browser's cache and disabling any extensions that you may have running, or try using a different browser, and let us know if this helps? Also, if you have any sort of extensions or third-party apps that interact with our services, could you please add exceptions/whitelist the website and see if this helps? I tried to use Chrome's incognito mode (no cache and extensions), but it didnt help.

i cleared browser cache and tried again, same problem - got rate limit exceeded

in game i got You’ve hit the usage limit. This limit is set by the game and unaffected by subscriptions. Please wait a few minutes and try again.

Are you saying if players have this issue there's nothing that can be done and essentially we just won't be able to use trade anymore ? I'm on PS5 and have been trying to purchase stellar amulets, twice in the 200 hours I've played I've had an limit rate exceeded please wait 60 seconds, but today I got hit with a please wait 4000seconds. I've waited for the time to finish and it's added another 4000 seconds on to it? Thanks |
