I have epic key for PoE 2 can it be given away to a friend?

So I have a key for epic client and I was wondering if I could give that key to a friend and if steam client and epic client can play together?

I don't know if this is the right forum but I decided to post here if you know where to ask to get better response please point it out. Thank you in advance.

That key is only used for being able to download the game on epic/steam does not give access to early access youd have to buy another $30 EA pack or upgrade to a higher support pack that gives extra keys

it would say ******************* key Used: False and that would be the key you could give to a friend
