FPS Dropping (Heavy particles, Ice, fire, shock, explosion)

I am writing to share some feedback regarding my experience in the late game of POE 2. While I have greatly enjoyed the journey so far, I have encountered significant performance issues that are affecting my gameplay.
Specifically, during endgame encounters, my FPS drops considerably when I kill rare mobs. This seems to be caused by the abundance of visual effects, particularly fire, smoke, freeze, and ice particles, which appear during these interactions. The performance drop is severe enough to disrupt the overall gameplay experience. I would greatly appreciate it if the team could investigate this issue. Optimizing the particle effects or providing graphical options to adjust them might improve the experience for players encountering similar problems. Just wanted to note I've experienced this issue most in areas where there is quicksand or heavy smoke. One particular area where it's painful is the "bird boss" in the Chaos trials. It has a skill that spews something (blood? not sure) and it makes my game stutter / drop FPS extensively. Otherwise, I run on max settings on an Ultrawide setup close to 120fps (usually a bit below).

" ok , we get very low FPS on 24 cores , and latest gen graphics cards. The port of very 15 year old game is works at its best. |

Same issue, doesn't matter what graphics changes I make in options nothing changes. Other games run 90+ FPS no issues.
Only POE 2 very low FPS, in closed areas 80+ once mobs and spell effects down to 30-40FPS. I see streamers same issues at times and they have a 4k$ PC's. Need some type of fix with graphic options to actually work or optimize the game. All the 100x "fixes" that never really work from other people clearing cache, power options everything nothing works.
