Poe2 Early access removed from my account along with never receiving my currency coins

Bought the game on the 13th and i have to say i really enjoy it, emailed a few days after to inquire about missing coins that everyone else got after purchase minus a few others like me who didnt, then on the 20th i woke up to tryna log in and finding out my access has been removed, ive emailed about my issues and still no response, while im debating buying the game again to be able to play ive already done it once for a game that will be free to play eventually

same here, POE2 Beta access removed, no email or anything, access just gone.
