Early access on the wrong account
Recently, I purchased early access to play Path of Exile 2 on Steam. However, I just discovered that my Steam account was not linked to my main Path of Exile account, which is raphwolfgang#3696, and that the early access was granted to an old account on Steam that I didn’t even know existed, raphacaravaggio#0578. I would like to request that you link my main account, raphwolfgang#3696, to my Steam account. I don’t mind losing characters or even the 300 points from the pack; I just want to be able to play the early access on my main account, where all my cosmetics and stash tabs are.
I sent two emails over ten days ago and haven't received a response. It feels like there is no support, and I've lost my money since I couldn't play the early access due to this issue. Last bumped on Jan 8, 2025, 1:25:24 PM

I my self have run in to the same problem I really wanted the Chimera pet i did the twitch sub and pay for them turn out my twitch account was connected to path exile 1 but it never mention that unless i didn't read it don't know what to now i just thought it was taking a minute to get my pet

It’s been almost a month since I sent my first email. Rajiv did reply to one of my emails, requesting several details, but then he disappeared right after. This leaves me very disappointed. I purchased early access, and in these almost 30 days, I haven’t been able to play it. I feel completely abandoned by GGG support. I expected more as a customer and player.
