Lost access to Path of Exile 2

Hello, I seem to have lost access to Path of Exile 2. I purchased a key in the Kinguin web site and I have been playing the game for some days, but when I tried to log in today I have no access to the game and if I try to register the key again it says it is invalid. The support from the seller is asking me to check with you why it is invalid now, so please let me know so I can inform them.
