Great question. Support is very kind, professional when they help. However, in my case it has been 4 weeks (!!!) and my problem has not been resolved regarding my Liberator of Wraeclast package.

4 weeks is not acceptable number in any business whatsoever. I was patient during the launch week, but now we are past that.
