How can I get my refund?

Refund request sent on 10-Dec.

Received a reply from support team asking for account details on 13-Dec.

I respond with required information on 13-Dec.

No response since from support team.

Reminder sent on 14-Dec, 15-Dec, 17-Dec, 19-Dec.

Until today, there is no reply.

May I ask how long do I need to wait for the refund?
