Support not working at all.

Helo, so the day when PoE 2 starter i was trying to connect my original steam/poe1 accout to my ps5 account and ubi. After w8ting on my steam e-mail for activation steps i didnt get one so i check this on my profile and i have some random e-mail i never use. Idk if poe generator set this while i first time login via steam or some scamer done this, i was trening to change this, But when i try and use my steam password they said it is wrong. From the 1st day of poe 2 i sens 2 more messages But I dont get and Answer. As a suporter i feeling bad that i get key, But I cant play the game... go to work, and do smth. I am pretty sure my problem will not consume more than 3 minutes...
