Request of Character/Points/Cosmetics transfer, Steam. Supporter Pack, Support contacted
Dear GGG,
I've sent you Mails to the Support Adress and got 2 E-Mails to 2 different Mails with exactly the same answer you copied. Your first answer where you wanted me to send more information was 4 days ago now. I started playing on my Sub-Account where my twitch drops are. I don't know if you want to help me or just keep ignoring me so should I restart on my Main Account where all my points and cosmetics are? I payed 60$ for things which got transfered to the main account and payed 10$ on twitch for the things that are on the sub-account. What do you want me to do? Or will there be a chance to get everything "merged" like you described it? It morely seems like I just got 2 Accounts on 1 E-Mail adress. And yeah, I texted your support on E-Mail but there is no answer except waiting for days to get a copy-paste Answer. Please help me with following question: Is it possible to transfer characters, points and cosmetics from the Sub-Account to the Main-Account or other way round? A lot of player have this question so please answer before keep us waiting for days and tell us we have to restart our characters. Please don't ignore me and thank you for supporting!
