PS5 missing 300 point

Hello.
I purchased a PS5 Early Access Key. I was able to access, but 300 points were not paid, and nothing appeared on the screen as 'loading' when accessing the point item store in Ingame. Please help me Last bumped on Dec 21, 2024, 8:10:32 AM
