POE 2 Bug In Boss lavafield [Mektul, the Forgemaster]

Hi I cant get quest item [ The Hammer of Kamasa ].
When I kill [ Mektul, the Forgemaster ] I use Lightning Warp spell. When I kill him with warp to him, I stuck in lavafield and can't get out

Even I return to last checkpoint, I still can't get it quest item and lift can't use anymore.
