Extreme Latency issues when in zones?

(POE2) - When I'm inside my hideout I get 35-46MS to my local NZ (Auckland) Server but as soon as I go into maps and encounter monstersand start slamming in my warrior my ping will spike consistently from 35 up to 150ms and makes the game unplayable. Is anyone else experiencing this issue or is my net just dogwater?

(POE2) - Also fine in hideout. When entering maps having extreme latency issues. Rubber banding, speeding up and slowing down etc. Bunch of friends in guild also having exact same issue. We're on the Australia server.

Being sent to Aus server is the problem ggg needs to up their game and make room for all the NZ players on the NZ server

Same here. I am sure they have huge work to do to improve the overall game performance and server reliability.
