Allow changing/ disabling permanent buffs

I was happily playing lightning crossbow, but I realised that if I want to play optimally, I shouldn't have taken the Lightning Buff in act 2, because I could use Doryani's Prototype Scale Mail.

Now, because it's EA I'm not too bothered about my character as it's all gonna change, but it seems fairly common to have permanent buffs that make a character better or not, and it feels a little unfair to not be able to change them, even if it's expensive that is fine.

There should be some easy way of disabling / changing this (and the venom buff, and many others I am forgetting).

Yes, I agree. This needs to be addressed and players provided a way to at least disable permanent buffs as needed, even if it is expensive. The lightning crossbow issue is a great example. Please fix this so we can disable the buffs, maybe just in the skill tree?
