No coins or early access kit after purchasing the game

Yesterday I bought the game Poe2, unfortunately I didn't get any coins or other things, I bought the game key from the key website and activated it on the main website, then I got the option to choose whether I wanted Steam or Epic, I chose Steam. Could the problem be that I bought it from the key site and didn't purchase it via Steam?

i would like to know that too
