Bought wrong cosmetics

I’m new to the game
I just bought those wonderful wings and pets
Only found out they are for POE I not POE II
Can I have those items refund back into game currency so I could buy items that do work for POE II?
I dont want my money back just back to game shop purchase points is good enough
Awesome game I dont mind spend money to support, if I can get items that do work for POE II
