How can I even PM someone when my account is locked

But I had to make this new account because the one in question was locked, and new account cannot message anyone? So how the hell can senior staff contact me? And more importantly, once they do, how can I even message them back because this is a new account? Last bumped on Dec 21, 2024, 7:32:40 PM

Like spending 160 dollars for a game I cannot even play anymore sucks, and support team is not responding to email at all.
