Unable to purchase pack

I am currently trying to purchase a new early access pack. I moved the old one to a different email and created a new account using this email again. Every time I try to purchase a pack, I get an error saying "Oh no, it looks like there was a temporary error. No funds were debited from your account. Please try again."

I have tried 2 different banks, and it says the same thing, I have used this account to make purchases previously. Any support would be appreciated

Still cannot purchase a pack, any help would be appreciated

Also getting this error. For reference I already have beta access due to lifetime spending, am trying to buy a pack to gift a beta key.
