Atlas Skill Point weren't received

I killed a boss in a T14 map and it dropped a book that grants 2 atlas skill points. My inventory was full, so I went to my hideout to unload items and return to the map. While in my hideout, I used the book but didn't receive the points. I thought I would get them as soon as I completed the map. However, I forgot and cleared another map and completed another quest for Doryani. When I went to use my atlas skill points, I realised that I didn't have the 2 points from the boss's book. I tried using all 6 portals to close the map and even returned to the character selection window. Nothing helped or restored my 2 skill points. It's a shame.

Not sure if I did the same thing but I have 2 points missing as well.
Ran 79, 80, 81 and 82 again multiple times and nothing happens. These 2 points seems to be gone and cannot restore them.

Happened to me Just now... learned the book droped from the boss in T15 and didn't get anything



Ok my bad thought it was a regular atlas skill point my bad the points are lockated in the atlas tree in the different league mech sections Breach Delirium expedition little bit confusing at first since there's no warning on the UI that u've 2 points to spare.

I already completed 10+ T15 maps but haven't received the final 2 points - I'm stuck at 28/30 Atlas Points.
The quest on the right disappeared and now it shows the Citadel only.

Did T15 map, killed boss, he dropped a green book, read the book in the map as I had full inventory, it showed bottom left, that I had 2 points, after teleporting to hide out, points disappeared.

got 2 from the book, checked main Atlas Skill points - nothing but...those are not for main tree but Directed Worship in my case

Same here stuck on 28/30 is there a fix?
