Savannah map breaks my game (with video)

Not sure why but this map causes my game intense latency spikes which then causes the game to run OUT OF SYNC and go in super slow mo or super fast motion.

And no - I do not get "fps lag", this is different.
You can see I run 120+ fps the entire time.

Any other map when I have a latency spike (always happens prime time east coast) I just lag a little, tiny stutter not a big deal. But on SAVANNAH map specifically this happens :

I can leave the map, try a new zone and everything is fine - ITS ONLY THIS AREA?

This happened to me today too. At first i thought it was shader stuff or something but no. No fps or any spikes. Literally just happens on the Savannah too.

I encountered this issue for the first time on Savannah map also. Game seems to "slow down" or desync but the fps is stable and then it syncs back up and everything is really fast for a moment.

Savannah & Spider woods is the worst. are they just let it be? before this patch there's one map also having the same problem. FIX it dude

When I enter savannah or map with Executioner boss I have 50% less fps compared to other maps (PC)
