could someone reply to my e-mail?

could someone reply to my e-mail? and about my account i want to change the e-mail because i lost access to the e-mail i used to register and i couldn't recover it. i'm not playing the game because of that!
i've already sent proof that i tried to contact my email provider. and i'd like someone to answer me and change my email, so i can play again. i'm really sad that i can't do this, since it's so simple and i just need to change the email i have access to!
