Refund Request MTX

Hello GGG Support,
I wrote an email a few days ago but haven’t received a response yet. I was wondering if it’s possible to refund an MTX? I’m quite disappointed with the color of the Gold-Plated Dovercaller Wings in.game outsite the Shop preview, and I also don’t like the animation while walking, which wasn’t visible in the preview aswell.
