Tried contacting support for an issue with my supporter pack. They closed the ticket without help.

As described, I have an issue with my supporter packs not showing up in game. This is originally due to the account in game being Ghostpatries#3087 and my account here being Ghostpastries#1556. I was originally having trouble logging into the game because of the account not being recognized as having the early access purchased, but I went into the account settings on this website, and combined my steam account with the one here. when I did that, it gave me a prompt that said the #1556 and the #3087 accounts would be merged together and that it was permanent, which is fine by me.

That in turn resolved my initial issue (which I contacted support for, and then reported that it was resolved). However, when I then bought the Ogham and Faridun supporter packs separately from the website itself, they do not appear to be added onto my game. I contacted support for this issue, gave them a few details that they would seemingly need to correct this, and then I recieved a reply that said "I'm glad the issue is resolved", however, this seemed to be a reply for the other issue above.

I have since sent in another support ticket to reopen this issue. This was on Wednesday, and I have not heard anything back from GGG support. I am posting this here to try and shine some light on my issue, as I have spent now 60 dollars on top of the early access pass, and am still not seeing what I paid for. This is very inconvenient, as I would like to buy some much needed additional stashes Please assist!.
