Muted for Username but unable to change it, now unmuted again but still can't change it

My character username is [Removed by Support] and I got muted out of the blue last week and have been unable to trade for a whole week because of it.
Now that I have just been unmuted a few hours ago - I can still not change my username. Please help. I don't wanna get muted again for something I can't fix :') (There is no option in account settings, as site does not register Path of Exile 2 characters yet.
