Ketzuli Check Point - Bug

This checkpoint, located just before the boss fight, doesn't appear to be functioning correctly. Although it's marked as active on the map, when I attempt to teleport to it, I get respawned at the first checkpoint at the start of the area (just like when I die). Additionally, it doesn't seem to be replenishing flasks.
