30 HOURS in still no response on Unbanning my unfairly locked account

I've been supporting POE since Crucible. And POE is all i have for Chritsmas, but I cant play the game because of abusive mods banning me for 21 days. CAN ANYONE LOOK INTO THIS? 30 HOURS IN AND I HAVE NO RESPONSE


I WANNA PLAY POE FOR CHRITSMAS PLZ LET ME PLAY AND UNBAN MY ACCOUNT

Not banning muting you, and no the mods are NOT abusive in the slightest, all they do is go through player generated tickets and apply mutes based on the ToS, mutes that double each time you breach the rules and are moderated.

There is no "ban" that prevents you from playing on a timer like that, just a chat ban and that only stops you from talking and trading.

Also assuming you have emailed them, you are in a queue and you will wait, you are not special over anyone else in that queue and the last i heard it was over a week to be processed.
