Shield Charge not working in Freythorn

As the title states, Shield Charge is not functioning correctly for me in the Freythorn zone.

I have been using it regularly in my gameplay and have noticed no issues up until this point with the ability.

Shield Charge does not even attempt to be used and the UI does not reflect that I am attempting the input when I try. All other abilities work as intended.

I have tried swapping or removing support gems from the ability to see if they were related at all but Shield Charge continues to not work.

I've been experiencing this bug regularly, along with some other races repeated a1.

Bug is caused by the Grasping Vines (or whatever skill it is) debuff from the tree monsters in Freythorn. The green vine things that stick you in place and slow you down. Whether it's supposed to temporarily disable movement skills or not, it currently will permanently disable shield charge after you've been affected by the debuff (though there's no visual indicator that the skill won't work). This only resolved if you remove the skill gem (can place it right back in), or if you die and resurrect. Did not try 'Respawn at Checkpoint.'

Have not tested with any other movement skills.
