ACCOUNT LINKING BUG-YOUR ACCOUNT MUST BE IN GAME

Hello, I linked my steam account to my poe2 account, however, I can not trade because when I try to whisper it says that my account must be in game although i am in the game. In addition, I can not see any of my characters and my points are not visible. Please help me.

its the same for me for the last 4 days. i was able do trade befor but now i cant and i cant find the problem.

Same as above traded before but now I cannot. Character not in game.

Same problem here. Was unsure if it was the PSN account mail that was different from POE2 account.

So i changed the account mail in poe - account to another one.

Logged out.

Didnt make a new account i logged in with PSN credentials, and got straight back to this account wich now has the other mail registered...

This one says it has several accounts in it, none of them work to trade with.

this account stuff is a big mess for a oldie like me.

I'm having the same issue. It seems the problem originates from the link between my two accounts, Steam and PSN, and I can't find a way to unlink them on the website
