Account Problem By Shoping

Dear Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with my account and in the game. I am at the endgame stage and trying to do map runs. Sometimes the maps open, but other times I get kicked out of the game when attempting to enter dungeons. My friends and I are all facing the same problem when we play together. When in the dungeons, if we die, we cannot re-enter. Either the dungeon portals disappear suddenly (even though there are 6-7 of them) or it says that I have no lives left.

Additionally, the dungeon on Map 1 is way too difficult for newcomers after finishing the game. Could you please correct this? It is currently impossible to continue the quest.

Also, yesterday I purchased a hideout for 290 coins For Path of Exiles 2, but it is not showing up when I open the portal or view the atlas. It is not displayed anywhere. Could you please add or fix this on my account?
