support ggg doesnt answer anything after i tell them information in need

i emailed support to ask for refunding a poe1 cosmetics that unusable in poe2
cuz i have no clue what things are usable
and support ask me for a list of transaction of things i had purchased
and they not have a respond after that.

I have the same problem. I send an email two weeks ago, I only had one response and that was more then a week ago.
