Question related to refunds before christmas
Hi!
Because of an issue with xsolla (and possibly in part, myself) I ended up being charged twice for the early access pack to PoE2. I e-mailed support at support@grindinggear.com three days ago on the 17th dec requesting a refund for one of the packs, my question is if this ticket will be will be adressed before christmas and if I can spend the 300 points i actually intend to keep? Thank you, I love the result for PoE2 and looking forward to its development! Also merry x-mas ;> In my quest for knowledge the paradox of ignorance is what amaze me most.
