If you want to get faster support read this before mailing them:

Since they seem unable to change their support system within reasonable time:

When you just send them a mail you will wait forever and then get a standardized mail asking for more data. To avoid that i would suggest additionally writing something like this to the text about your problem you write yourself in your mail:


"

General Problem short Description: Account/MT/Purchase etc.


Accounts:
Path of Exile Account Name 1:
Character Names: (a few)



Path of Exile Account Name 2:
Character Names: (a few)


When its about the Account or specific MTs:


Date of Purchase:
Steam transaction ID of problem-purchase:


Date of Purchase:
Xsolla transaction ID of problem purchase:





Thats pretty much what they will ask you at first - and it seems as if that means your going down to the bottom of the line - so this should speed it up hopefully.



If they wrote you something more they needed just write it as an answer in this thread so others get faster support hopefully.

One would think they would do anything about this themselves. Or are they just "wow great" we can send that copy-paste mail - request answered asap ...

I mean just imagine the ammount of extra emails they get because they have neither a "we got your mail" response, nor telling ppl what to send so they have to ask even for basics ...
