Cannot send whispers to buy items from the trade website

I'm getting the "Invalid query: Your account is unable to use this feature".
I'm on pc.. lvl 19 warrior. Not sure what setting or config is causing this error. Last bumped on Dec 20, 2024, 10:21:08 AM
