Guild Points Missing PoE 2

Had 2 guild members attempt to donate 15 points to the guild. They lost their points, but the guild did not gain the 30 it was supposed to. Pls halp, missed out on being able to buy a guild stash tab at a reduced price because we didn't have the points we were supposed to.

same happened here moved 300 normal points over and got NO guild points in return new bug found PLZ fix and refund

Same here! I donated 145 to get the guild stash. Nothing shows up and I spent another 20 and nothing again. I would like a refund or the guild points to show up. Please help
