Broken Rune Slots/UI Bug on xbox series S

As the title states; No longer have the ability to socket runes into empty rune slots on available pieces of gear. Mouse over on runes no longer displays the "use" function choice. Can only click and drag runes or use Y button on controller to move in and out of bags and/or stash box. This break in UI functionality is account wide as none of my characters, ranging from level 10 to 58, are able to in install runes into sockets. Further I have already tried logging in/out of game, deleting local cache on xbox, and reinstalling the game entirely. Your assistance in fixing this bug will be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same issue on the series S. Worked fine before the recent patch.

edit: If you unequip the item and manually drop an individual rune into the socket it works.
