[PoE 1] Please remove the "Creates Frost Walls and Flees" monster modifier

Every time I encounter this mod I cannot help but think ill of the developer that came up with it, which I think is not a good thing for the game experience.

Taking a mechanic from the boss of Whakawairua Tuahu, which is deliberately designed to be as annoying as possible, and spreading it to the rest of the game can only cause more annoyance. It's already enough that you must complete the aforementioned map every league - for the atlas skill point and the challenge. I respect the creator of the map for using his opportunity to add content into the game to make a troll boss, but that respect can only go so far (and some people would probably think he deserves none at all).

I think removing this one thing will make the game better. Please consider it.
