Muted for name, then immediately muted for 48 hours again for name.

I am writing this because I am frustrated that I am being muted in game for my name. I am thoroughly enjoying poe 2, with over 150 hours played.

I made a new character with a 'controversial' name and I was muted for 24 hours and offered a name change. I said that I would be logged out and a name change would be prompted however this didn't happen. I waited for the mute to finish and expected it to happen then but I didn't get offered a name change. I looked and couldn't find a way to change my poe2 character name and continued to play on the character. Immediately after I was banned by a GM for 48 hours this time.

Can someone please help as this will continue to happen as I cannot change the name of the character, and the ban time will continue to increase. It makes it very hard to play the game, it is incredibly frustrating. Can you allow me to change my name so this doesn't happen and I can play the game please ?
