QoL Suggestion: Show Lost Tower Precursor Tablet Affixes & Area of Effect

QoL improvement for choosing mapping route: when you hover over a tower it shows what precursor tablet is in that tower and an on/off toggle for area of tower effects (like it does when you first put in the tablet).
