Shield Charge does not proc Magma Barrier despite the wording matching

As can be seen, the wording matches, Shield Charge should raise shield, furthermore Magma Barrier does not claim "When you active block", only "when you raise your shield". "You" are "raising your shield" when using Shield Charge now.




As can be seen, no effect during shield charge.

Obviously the use-case of this combination of skills might be questionable, but I can't even test it out due to this functionality not being present!
