Act 3 Cruel Sacrificial Heart cannot be found

Hi GGG,

I have been running Aggorat and Utzaal over 10 times each and I cannot for the love of god get the Sacrificial Heart drop for my final 2 weapon skill points. I'm at 22 total and I have triple checked if it was any other quest but I can confirm the missing 2 if from Sacrificial Heart in Act 3 Cruel.

It is very frustrating I cannot get my final 2 points can you please assist.

Same here, heart not dropping for me either

I second this i went from 62-66 just trying to farm for this damn heart... ive tried both areas its supposed to drop in...
